Description
Telebroad's Outlook Plugin enables you to receive instant pop-up alerts at your taskbar of any incoming call at your phone system. It will also match your contacts book in Outlook & show you the caller name found saved there.
If a caller was not found in your Phone book, it will instead show you their caller ID name, and also allow you to automatically save it as a new contact, with only a click of a button. The caller info with the Caller ID name will automatically populate the required fields.
The plugin would also instantly alert the user of any incoming text message to any of your phone.
It also keeps a call ledger automatically for all incoming/outgoing calls, so when looking at any of your contacts, it can also give you a list of anytime you have spoken with them.
