Description
Breathing is part of life, but awareness of our breathing is often forgotten. Oxygenify changes that. Training yourself to breathe deeply is as simple as breathing itself. Start with your finger in the middle of the infinity sign and slowly trace your finger around in a figure eight pattern. On the top half of the loop, inhale. On the bottom half of the loop, exhale. Oxygenify will count each breath for one minute of time. Relax, breathe deep and take one minute to listen to your breathing.
