Procedure Manager allows you to manage your entire Standard Operating Procedures approval and training process meaning you can get rid of that large Excel document!Procedure Manger enables your document controller to create procedures (either by creating a new procedure or up revising an existing procedure) and manage the approval process of that procedure. When the necessary approvals have been obtained the procedure can be made Live at which stage the Training function can take over and manage the completion and reporting of that training.Procedure Manager allows you to build detailed training plans for each trainee which creates a site wide matrix. This matrix is fully dynamic and can be updated by adding new procedures to a trainee or by up revising an existing procedure that is in their training plan.Procedure Manager also allows you to manage your training matrix by using Work Groups which means you can build training plans for the likes of a specific shift, work area or manager and when a trainee then moves work group their training plan is automatically updated to that of their new work group.You can also manage and report on the expiry of procedure training in Procedure Manager.
