Description
The Infrasis Quality Management System (QMS) facilitates accountability driven workflows to ensure quality inspections are conducted in a timely, efficient and effective manner and enables the storage of results/outcomes and photo evidence of inspections/testing in the cloud. A core component of the QMS is its integration with the Infrasis Communication System (CS) which provides real-time status reporting for all elements of a projects WBS mapped to the project's Location-Breakdown Structure (LBS). Several paper-based processes are eliminated along with the cost and time associated with their administration. The workflow facilitated by the system establishes accountability and promotes the early identification of issues.
