Description

This Guardian Patient application allows patients to access the Guardian platform on a mobile app.

The Guardian Patient application has following features:

# Tele Health: Request and view appointments with your physician.

# Video Call: Communicate with physician as part of telemedicine feature.

# Health Care Providers : View your associated health care providers.

Apart from the above mentioned modules, the patient has access to the other features such as viewing their Vitals, Problems, Medication, Allergies, Lab Results and more.

Note: The Patient needs to have a login in the Guardian Web application in order to use this app.
