Crises Control is a cloud based service that provides registered organisations with a set of tools that allows them to implement their crises management processes both in the pre-crisis planning to ensure their preparedness but also providing the complete platform to use during crisis situation.It is a secure way of sending the right communication, alerts, Action plan and instructions to the right people in a crisis situation and to know who is engaged.The service is provided using a dedicated web site (portal), and is associated mobile app.The crises control mobile app is free to download for registered users. Once downloaded users are required to login to the service using their emails and supplied password. Once logged in there are two main functions, Incidents and pings. The Incident icon shows all incident notifications sent to the logged in user. Similarly the Ping icon shows the to all Ping ad-hoc notifications sent to the logged in user. In the case of incident, users are provide with detailed information about the incident, its location, who to contact and any other supporting media and documentations. For Ping notification users are provided information about who sent it when it was sent and details of the message. In both cases users are required to acknowledge the message receipt as soon as possible.
