Nevada State Development Corporation (NSDC), a non-profit company that is the largest SBA 504 loan provider in Nevada with offices in Las Vegas and Reno, has been helping the growth of small businesses since 1981. Our efforts help to stimulate economic development by providing small business loans and commercial real estate loan solutions. NSDC assists small business owners in buying, building and improving commercial buildings with minimum investment. In 2011, NSDC had 57 SBA 504 loans approved for a total of 30.7 million.Our dedicated staff helps borrowers to navigate the commercial real estate loan process from start to finish enabling most loans to close within 60 days. NSDC is authorized to arrange small business and commercial real estate loans in Nevada; Mojave County, Arizona; and several counties in California including Modoc, Plumas, Lassen, Sierra, Placer, El Dorado, Alpine, Mono, Inyo, and San Bernardino.The SBA 504 Loan Program provides an opportunity for small business owners to purchase commercial real estate and finance long-term equipment at reasonable rates and terms. No tax dollars are used to fund the SBA 504 Loan Program.The SBA 504 commercial real estate loan provides up to 90 percent funding at rates typically below the market. Applications are processed quickly with preapprovals in as little as 24 hours.
