You can use Talking Lists to add focus lists with texts on what you need to focus on, relax lists with texts to help you relax your mind (the app supports playing Spotify, Ambience and other apps in the background so you can run a relaxing music track while listening) or learning lists with questions and answers you can listen on while on the go - all read to you in any of the iPhone's text-to-voice voices.
