This App allows you to do both.No money need change hand for a public resource but a karma point system keeps things fair.Let us know of any of metropolitan areas you wish to use Park Karma in.N.b. This app requires Facebook login but does not post to your timeline nor access your friends list. The Facebook approval is only for your name and email address and to track you karma points.
