Agent Ready is a mobile app that works along side Number Manager to allow remote workers to log themselves in and out of hunt groups, and allow them to decide when and where their calls are sent. Users have the ability to monitor their own call stats. Additionally, administrators have the ability to force people in and out of hunt groups as well as get an overview of Group Stats.Agents can be created and added into hunt groups using your Number Manager account.
