Description
Somryst Study is a digital therapeutic under investigation to treat chronic insomnia, which may have a benefit on both insomnia and co-occurring symptoms if present (such as depressive symptoms).
Somryst Study is expected to deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) over 9 weeks. CBT-I focuses on the behaviors, habits, routines, and thoughts that maintain sleep problems (regardless of the original cause of insomnia).
CAUTION: Somryst Study is an investigational therapeutic device. It is limited by United States law to investigational use. Somryst Study is not yet available for sale in the United States.
