The Pre-hospital Anti-fibrinolytics for Traumatic Coagulopathy and Haemorrhage (PATCH) study is a multi-centre randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of pre-hospital treatment with tranexamic acid for severely injured patients at risk of acute traumatic coagulopathy.
