Description

1.Account Control: Create the first account when you run the software

the first time. You must remember your user name and password for

later use. After sign in, you can create more account for others.

2.Company name: In inventory window, you may want to display the name

of your company or organization, or just display inventory name. The

"Click to input your company" notice will not appear again once you

input the name and confirm. You should be careful when you name your

inventory.

3.Inventory: You can record all information about an item and save in

pre-designed database. You can view, add, delete and save changes of

the inventory.

When adding a new record, you cannot leave item and ID boxes empty,

but you can input anything or leave blank in all the others. If you

want to use time as ID, you can do so by double-clicking the ID box.

You can also fill in the "Date in" by double-clicking the box.

4.Search inventory: Click on "Search" button in the inventory window,

search window opens. You can search inventory by Item, ID, Keyword

and Category. You can view searched result and print selected record.

5.Category: This window can be accessed by clicking the "Category" label

in the inventory window. You can edit the category in the opened

window.

6.Print report: You can open the print window by clicking the button

"Print Report" in the inventory winddow. Then you can print major

columns of the inventory or save as PDF, Word and Excel files to local

computer.

7.Backup inventory: You can backup inventory database to desktop by the

button "Backup Data" of inventory window.
