Carson enables you to receive package delivery notifications, to submit service requests, to receive a notification when your property manager has updated the status of your latest service request, or your pre-authorized guest has been buzzed in. Carson enables you key-less entry into the building as well as to remotely buzz in guests. Through Carson your property manager can send you instant updates about your home such as a temporary water shut down or an elevator repair.
