It's all about setting up physical shortcut keys. Once you've configured everything, you don't have to click on the app's menu bar shortcut again.
Lightweight: Small in size, this light app requires very minimal system resources, running in the background along with your Web browser.
Cons
Only ten sites supported: At the moment, only YouTube, Google Music, Pandora, Last.fm, SoundCloud, Spotify, BandCamp, HypeMachine, GrooveShark, and Rdio are supported.
Only works with Mac OS X 10.7 or higher: It would have been great if it ran on older Mac OS versions, as well.
