Draw your closed circuit by connecting neighboring chips, and try "enclosing" them whenever possible - you'll get bonus score for that!You'll have 30 steps per round with no time limit, so take your time and try to get higher scores than your friends. The more chips on your circuit, the more chips you "enclose", the higher your score would be! You can also share your score to Facebook.
