Description
At Birmingham Community Healthcare we have over 5000 staff and 120 clinical services which we deliver across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. Our patients and their carers / families are the reason we're here, and so we want to hear your views about our services or anything else to do with the Trust. This new application ensures we can reach as many of our patients as possible to hear their essential feedback so it can be acted upon swiftly.The app will enable patients to choose from an extensive list of our services and leave feedback directly about the service they use. A direct message will then be sent back to the patient starting a one to one discussion and a personalised feedback for each patient.
