But what does it point to?
It points to the places you should be going. The places in your locality that is worth visiting.
The compass randomly picks a place from your locality based on the level of rating of that place. If you would like to change the location, simply shake the compass.
If you have a particular place in mind that you have to visit, then use the inbuilt place picker to pick it from the sweet familiar google maps.
The compass has been designed to look like the compass in possession of Captain Jack Sparrow from the famous Pirates of the Caribbean movie series. So lets bring out the magic of Tia Dalma and go out hunting for some adventure. Prerequisites :-
The Jack Sparrow compass requires GPS and Compass sensor.
The GPS lock must be achieved for the compass to point to your destination. ( Else it will point to north, just in case you wanted to know where north is. Or just use the place picker and pick north pole, if you really really wanted to go north. )
The Jack Sparrow compass requires internet access to check for nearby places of interests.
