Description
Fundox is a free multiplayer word game, which 2 to 4 players can play against each other. It is a combination of Scrabble and Othello (Reversi). Two versions are available : direct access with a web browser, or downloadable program. The program allows to play online and also offline against robots. Three languages are supported : English, French and German. The board consists of a grid with 13x13 squares. The players receive 7 letter tiles and must take turns in using them to form words and place them on the board. If a player can extend a word laid by his/her opponent by two or more letters, the player receives the full score for the word. The game is over once the minimum point total has been reached. The multiplayer version includes many features, like a public chat and one private chat for each table, ratings, profiles and so on. You can play with human partners or train yourself against the computer.
