Josh has committed his life to physical fitness and empowering others to exceed their potential.Performance 22 is the newest athletic training facility located at 912 Fifth St, Suite 300 of downtown Davis. This facility caters fitness to that of youth sports athletes, team trainings, Crosstrainers and individuals who desire one-on-one training to make health improvements.These trainings will be uniquely designed to cater to the specific needs of the client to better their athletic play, body composition and or fitness goals. Performance 22, LLCs mission is to provide an environment that engages and empowers athletes, of all types, to generate the best version of themselves.
