Description
A special purpose vehicle in the form of public limited company "Atal Indore City Transport Services Ltd." was set up to operate and manage the public transport system in Indore with private sector participation.
The aforesaid company is operating AC Low Floor iBuses on BRT corridor & feeder routes, ultra-modern low floor city buses & Midi buses.
The buses with 2 broad doors are allowing passengers to board and alight quickly and easily, save time and fuel, and give better run-times and improved economy to the bus operators.
All buses are equipped with the ITS features & monitored at the Transit Management Center.
AiCTSL main objective is the enhancement of the Public Transport Services in Indore & make the services sustainable, safe & comfortable.
