With unhealthy food choices being main or contributing factors in heart disease, stroke, and diabetes, which collectively account for over half of the top ten causes of death worldwide (World Health Organization, 2015), our mission is to offer a tasty solution. Our menu items meet or beat the American Heart Association guidelines for saturated fat ratio (12-13 grams per 2000 calories) to help prevent heart disease while meeting todays culinary trends. We use whole grains where possible and minimize or eliminate foods that have added sugars or additives or are known to have adverse health effects.
