ADAPTS is an app for adolescents and young adults to report on their daily symptoms, mood, stressors, and environment. When users complete surveys, they receive rewards including money, funny memes, and a growing virtual environment with animals and plants. The app was developed at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in partnership with Harvard University.
