JSmart is an App to register business trips expenses through SmartPhone or Tablet and manage expense reports via browser.JSmart provides simple and intuitive way to: - Record all your business travel expenses with the capability to: take and attach a picture of the receipt associate names of colleagues and/or guests names to each expense choose the currency detail payment date specify the starting date of a service (in the case of hotels or car rental booked in advance) attach notes and comments activate/deactivate expense categories/items so to better suit your needs choose type of supporting document (e.g. invoice or receipt) choose the payment type (e.g. cash or credit card) - Manage personal documents (driving license, ID card, passport, health card, etc.). Creating for each an "electronic wallet" with documents data and picture. - Manage lists of colleagues, guests, locations, customers, projects, cost centers that allow you to speed up and simplify the process of entering additional information for each expense - View and download your expenses (registered users only). Expenses registered in foreign currencies can be converted into the reference currency using official exchange rate automatically updated - Download on your mobile device expense report for a given period of time, also split in different elements of analysis (e.g. type of expense, customer, project, cost center, etc. ..).
