High Res has been designed to assist serving and ex-serving Australian Defence Force personnel and their families to manage the daily stresses of military life, deployment, transition to civilian life and life post-service.
Developed by the Australian Department of Veterans Affairs in partnership with the Australian Department of Defence, High Res offers a range of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tools taught in the BattleSMART program.
