Description
UPSLDC has initiated implementation of a web-based application for managing outages (shutdowns) of
transmission network elements for maintenance or other purposes. This system will facilitate UPSLDC in
receiving shutdown requests from division offices, processing and approving such requests, generating code for
shutdown, restoration and keeping track of elements which are out of service at any specific instance.
