The StarRez iPhone Directory module allows Staff and Resident Assistants real time access to their StarRez Student Housing Database. Note: This application requires the StarRez Student Housing System and StarRez iPhone Services. FEATURES. Directory Module. 1. Real-Time searching for applications, residents and guests. Support searching by people's name, barcode or magnetic field on ID card. 2. Drill down to current residents by Location & suite/floor. 3. View detailed resident information. 4. Add notes against residents. 5. "Check In" or "Check Out" residents from iPhone. Fast Check In Check Out Module. With the Fast Check In Check Out Module, users can speed up the process of checking in and checking out students on campus. By presenting the Barcode on someone's Campus ID Card (such as student ID card), the Fast CheckIn/CheckOut Module can execute the CheckIn CheckOut process within seconds. This module also supports Magnetic Cards, by attaching a supported "Swipe Card Reader" to the iPhone, users can perform the CheckIn/CheckOut process by just swiping a student's campus ID card on the reader.
