Description

The greatest challenge when lecturing is overcoming the sheer amount of materials required. This includes handouts, quizzes, exams, notes for students, and grading keys for teaching assistants (TAs). NXG Logic Instuctor is a Windows-based system to create instruction and grading materials for lecturing in the area of biostatistics. With Instructor, you can create lecture notes, lecture slides, homework assignments, examinations, and quizzes with worked solutions (grading keys). Instructor also covers probability, choices, permutations, sets, Bayes rule, Binomial and Poisson distributions (exactly, at least, at most), normal distribution, 2- and k-sample independent and paired parametric and non-parametric equality of means tests, covariance, Pearson and Spearman rank correlation, simple linear and multiple linear regression, logistic regression, regression diagnostics, and power and sample size determination. Instuctor output is in LaTeX2e format, and therefore requires use of a LateX2e math typesetting program.
