DeviceTool is a Device Manager for administrators. DeviceTool can enable and disable devices remotely - and is able to run on Windows 10. Features: display installed devices - with properties; enable and disable local devices; enable and disable devices on remote computers. For enabling and disabling REMOTE devices, DeviceTool requires the free psexec.exe tool from Microsoft / Sysinternals.
