Description
Mastering Math is an IOS application, free to download on the Apple Appstore. This application is geared towards helping students increase their math fluency and become faster with their mental math. The application includes specific modes to individually practice addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. It also has a two-player mode, where students can compete for a minute each and see who finishes with the highest overall score. There is a Focus Mode, where students can work on perfect squares, cubes, square roots, and cube roots, or they can choose a specific number, such as 9, where they are always adding, subtracting, multiplying, or dividing by their chosen number. Mastering Math was created by a high school junior in 2017 because it wished to create an available tool that students and kids could use to further their math fluency.
