RCBC clients can now prepare in advance their bank transactions anytime, anywhere through the RCBC Touch Q Web Portal / Mobile App! Simply go to www.rcbc.com and click on RCBC Touch Q or download the RCBC Touch Q mobile app for FREE from Google Play and Register.
1. Select your preferred transaction/s to be done such as Cash or Check Deposit, Withdrawal, Check Encashment, Bills Payment, Fund Transfer, or Account Opening.
2. After completing the transaction, you will receive a unique Quick Response (QR) Code and a reference number valid for 24 hours.
3. Proceed to any RCBC Touch Q-enabled branch and have your QR Code scanned or choose to encode the reference number at the Kiosk.
4. Once recognized and validated, your transaction will be queued and prioritized for its fulfillment/completion.
