The Sugar AI app shows you how food and exercise affect your blood glucose levels, allowing you to personalize your diet and activity to fit your body's needs.
Sugar AI combines data from food, activity and water logs with those from heart rate and continuous glucose monitors (CGM). Through personalization and historical analysis, the app provides a consolidated nutrition summary including macro and micro nutrients (e.g. carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals etc.) as well as the Glycemic Index (GI) and Glycemic Load (GL) information for each food.
While the GI is a measure of how quickly a food causes people's blood glucose levels to rise, the GL measures how much the food will raise a person's glucose levels taking the quantity of the food into account.
