You must allow to all permissions that required by Islamist App.
Just open Settings -> Apps -> Islamist -> Permissions (Now Allow to Contacts, Location, Phone and Storage Permissions). Without setting App Permissions and Turning on Mobile Data and Location Service, Islamist App will not work properly. Because, Islamist App collect prayer time from server base on your location.
