UPDATE: CityChat is the official app for the Cherry Festival organized by the City of San Leandro, California!
CityChat is powered by Cici, a chatbot who connects citizens with local government and facilitates continuous interaction.
You can ask Cici about events and activities organized in your city, as well as pressing matters like local crime incidents, and emergency alerts. You can share with Cici your feedback, opinions, requests, and specific issues that you are experiencing in your local communities. Cici brings your feedback to your government leaders and opens tickets for them to prioritize and act upon. Cici keeps you updated on progress through alerts and notifications. You can report issues like unaddressed potholes, broken streetlights, uneven pavements, unsanitary conditions, noise disturbance, unauthorized parking, or animal control.
CityChat is currently enabled for the City of San Leandro, California. We are adding new cities every month. An updated list of cities will be posted here shortly.
