This app is designed for use with the eDNA Discovery Lab citizen science kit by Nature Metrics Ltd.
The eDNA Discovery Lab enables anyone to filter water from ponds, lakes, streams, rivers, oceans (or any other kind of waterbody), capturing environmental DNA from wildlife, which can be analysed in the Nature Metrics Ltd laboratory to identify which species are present in the area. This provides important species records everywhere from urban environments to the worlds biodiversity hotspots, which can help with conservation efforts worldwide.
Submit information about your sample using the eDNA Discovery Lab app. Take a photo of the sampling site and capture time, date and location information your records can be included in our global database of wildlife detections.
