Description
The LAX Services app is a repository of social service information in the La Crosse County area. It was conceived as a tool for health care workers, individuals, and social workers in addressing various social determinants of health. The intent was to provide a brief explanation of programs along with unique program information (i.e. address, phone number, email, website, hours, etc.) to better connect patients with services. This information could be provided to patients in the form of anonymous emails providing the necessary information along with links to websites and important email addresses.
