Description
Explore gene expression profiles in different cell types of the mouse immune system.
Start by entering a gene name or alias in the search bar. Search results will display as a "heatmap barcode" that shows how hot or cold expression of that gene is across different immune system cell lineages (B cells, T cells, Myeloid cells, etc).
Toggle between datasets generated on 2 different platforms: RNAseq and microarray. Press down on any cell lineage button to see a bar chart view of gene expression in various samples for that category. Linear or logarithmic axis options are offered. In the microarray data, low expression values are partially occluded.
The data are generated by the Immunological Genome Project, an international consortium supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIAID).
