Kay Protect is a checklist, food safety, and compliance management program that combines digital technology with our quick service restaurant industry knowledge and field expertise to deliver improved food safety protection and streamlined operations.
The program automates food safety checklists with this application and integrates the data collected with additional sources such as remote temperature data collected, food safety audits, health department inspections and cleaning and sanitation product usage.
Data is then analyzed to identify broad opportunities for improvement or to proactively identify specific restaurant locations at greater food safety risk.
Our team of food safety experts then tailors service based on the insights identified, focusing on training to the key opportunities for improvement and/or at the locations determined to be at greatest risk.
