Description
The Plumbers Tech App is an HVAC and plumbing service technician performance tracker. The app allows individual technicians to be set-up with their individual performance goals set up monthly with an annual total. The app allows the technician to see in real time what his/her daily goal is for the day, month, and year. After each service transaction is recorded from the technicians phone it updates how much of the goal is remaining for the day, month, and year in real time. As the customer transaction is entered by the technician a data base is populated with information that identifies where the revenue stream came from. Service call types can be defined by your company, but standard types are pre-loaded. These types include demand service call, service agreement, tune-up, warranty, call back, and IAQ. The data base then creates a report that identifies these revenue streams by technician and what percentage of your business comes from these revenue streams. Reporting also shows total revenue by technician and the average ticket for each service call type. Job types are used to track equipment sales by each technician. Job type categories can also be defined by your company, but pre-loaded job types include: A/C and Coil, Complete A/C System with Furnace, Furnace, Heat Pump, Air Handler, Water Heater, Geo Thermal, Boiler, and Tankless Water Heater. The app tracks closing rates, average job type ticket amount, equipment age, brand, and type in the data base. Quoted but not closed job types appear in a report daily so follow-up calls can be made for a last chance effort to close the sale. The data base includes customer address information to send promotional and marketing collateral to solicit sales opportunities. Real time commission tracking is available allowing the technician and manager to track commissions instantly.
