Description
Bloat Tracker is a simple, fast way for ranchers to contribute data in support of determining the cause of bloat in grazing cattle.
REPORT
Send data about your cattle when you find they are bloated.
Includes number of cattle bloated, number of mortalities, location of the pasture, pasture management, etc.
The app automatically captures the GPS location and date/time of the report.
VIEW DATA
View a map showing where bloats are occurring.
This will allow the rancher to be warned that bloats are occurring near their pasture, and to take action to prevent further bloats in their cattle.
CONTRIBUTE DATA
Ranchers will contribute data as citizen scientists.
Data from ranchers will be used by Oklahoma State University researchers to improve understanding and predictions of environmental conditions that cause bloats.
