The wallboard, available with Akixi 1000, 2000 and 3000, displays real-time call and contact statistics on your mobile device and gives you a fantastic overview of your businesss performance. The wallboard offers a highly visual display with options to notify you with a sound notification or vibration alert when SLA alarms are triggered - perfect if you are in a meeting, on the road or working remotely. It can be fully customised via the desktop application to suit your companys specific needs. You can swipe between different reports on your mobile device.
The Akixi app also offers an option for enhanced features (chargeable). With this option enabled by your Akixi reseller or Service Provider, you can benefit from the following additional functionality on the mobile app:
