Increasing Manager Employee Interaction (MEI) makes for happier, more efficient and effective employees. Jarrah helps increase this interaction by guiding employees through their work journey, by completing quests, and engaging in out-of-app experiences.
How it works:
The app provides multiple methods to connect employees and their managers, that are easy, intuitive, and convenient. Employees can give feedback about their work and work environment, and they can choose to do so anonymously. Employee engagement is encouraged through the gamified nature of the application, which awards its users for connecting with their peers, and report any problems with their job as they progress through many levels of their journey.
The application has unique features for employees and managers. Managers can see all their employees feedback and take actions accordingly, either by changing and modifying the workplace or following up with the employees and discussing what can be improved.
