Description
Mofi is a free app for fisheries compliance monitoring developed by Anchor Lab in collaboration with Thnen Institute, Germany.
The app is designed for commercial fishers and automatically logs a fishing vessels position at sea while enabling fishers to register their fishing operations. It contains an interactive map showing the route of the vessel a long with different types of light weight sea chart information.
The map supports various types of layers that can be downloaded directly from inside the app*. All downloaded layers work offline, meaning they are stored on the phone and rendered without needing an internet connection.
