ProcessModel is a process modeling (flow charting) program that goes beyond process modeling, it is a decision making process improvement tool that; Animates and displays virtual simulation of models (flowcharts), simulates improvement idea's that a user has for a model and delivers decision making reports, finds the best solution to problems in the model using SimRunner, Runs multiple scenarios on the same model to find the best workable scenario, Runs multiple replications of the same model to obtain meaningful sample size of random data and has a fitting program that turns rows of raw data into usable distributions.
ProcessModel delivers a detailed output report of simulated models to help make calculated decisions, the report includes; statistics on processes, entities and variables defined within the model, charts for analysis and comparison of data, reports on resource & entity costs, reports on value added and non-value added times and has a Hot Spot Evaluator that identifies areas within the model that the user needs to focus on to achieve greatest improvements overall.
