GPU is another major component for today's cinematic and reality computing. SciMark Graphics is a pack of software in SciMark serials to measure the ability of GPU within certain environments. It measures performance of GPU and it also shows the importance of CPU to unleash power of GPU and thus to reflect the overall user experience on graphical applications. SciMark Graphics for Mac OSX is a member of Scimark software. It could be a good tool to make a comparison of performance of graphic processing unit between different operating systems and to understand differences.
