Description
This application provides optimized algorithms to perform some common bioinformatics tasks. Review, summarize, find patterns and restriction sites. This application is meant to help life scientists struggling with on the fly sequence analysis. As this is one of first versions, any comments on upgrades are welcome.
You need ES file explorer or similar tool in order to upload sequences, and some text editing tool to view them.
Current version supports nucleic sequence analysis, in future releases, there will be protein tool also.
Application includes current benchmarks.
