Description
ScoreTrader pits Trader against Trader in a game of knowledge and skill about football players and their fantasy performance.
You are the general manager. Build your team, liquidate your team, sell a player. You, as Trader, compete in a "stock" market format, where you can buy, sell and hold shares in football players.
You win by generating a profit through active trading and holding assets throughout the week. Traders are ranked and the top 3 Traders, at the end of the week, are awarded prizes.
ScoreTrader tracks players' fantasy scores in real time and provides information on each player's historical performance. A real time Player Leaderboard is maintained as is a Trader (that's you) Leaderboard.
How to play
1. Each week, on Wednesday morning, a new Fantasy Football event is generated.
2. Players are allocated a weekly amount of ScoreTrader Tokens.
3. Traders review the player market. Game information. historical performance, and past fantasy scores are available.
4. You can put players on a watch list or you can purchase shares.
5. Through the purchase of shares in players, you build a portfolio - your fantasy team.
6. Trade just like you trade stocks. Monitor your portfolio. Take advantage as the share price moves (up or down) to trade for a profit.
7. Monitor each player's fantasy performance and ranking in real time as football games are played.
8. Get live fantasy scoring for players while the game is on.
9. When a game starts, a player in that game is no longer tradable.
10. When the week is over, the top 3 players in each position, QB, RB, TE, WR, are winners for your portfolio.
11. Anyone holding shares in the players who place in the top 3 when the event ends, will receive tokens in return for shares held.
12. The top 3 ranked Traders, who earn a profit, will be awarded a cash prize. For a complete description read the Contest Rules.
13. Each week, a new Fantasy Football Event will be generated up to and including round two of the playoffs.
14. Events run from 5 am UTC on Wed to 4:49 am UTC on the following Wed.
15. The Trader Leaderboard is finalized when the event is finished - Wed 4:49 am UTC.
ScoreTrader will be providing future events, other than Football, both in sports and in other arenas.
