Consumer App/Portal is a public grievance portal which makes the citizens of Nepal involve in disseminating the active problems and issues in their area. This app provides a portal for public citizens to rigorously involve them to report the prevalent issues, grievances and complains to the department of Commerce and Supplies, a MoICS government body. The issues that are a matter of government priorities shall be facilitated with proper navigation on page or respond it with equivalent plugins. This app shall allow the users to view any saved grievance logs by using their login information accounts and prompts to view the status of that grievance. The information and records related to these bodies is not available digitally. Thus this app also helps to keep record and track of those grievances digitally with the help of reference number. Hence, an immediate need to develop an application that is convenient to use with better design, up to date and faster information is important.
