Care Connection is available when our NY Health Centers are closed:
Monday to Friday 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. EST, and
From Friday 7 p.m. EST through to Saturday (24-hours) and Sunday (24-hours)
Visit with a licensed, board-certified healthcare provider by phone or online for immediate care, and to make a clinical decision on where you should go for further treatment (like the Funds Health Centers).
