Description

EpiTools a quick and easy calculator for medical and veterinary epidemiologists. Functions include measures of disease frequency (including confidence intervals for prevalence, incidence risk and incidence rates), measures of association and measures of effect (from 2 by 2 table data), a sample size calculator to determine the number of subjects to sample to detect disease, a sample size calculator to determine the number of subjects to sample to estimate a prevalence, estimation of the post-test probability of disease, a random number generator and a user configurable epidemiology glossary.
